After CoronaVirus, ALL orders now ship from our UK store. This means excellent shipping times to UK addresses . . and to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand too, although slower times to Continental Europe. We are a family-run business / online shop which has always been permitted to remain OPEN – with no restrictions on shipping nationally or internationally. So we’d like to assure all our customers that we are currently operating as usual – our online SHOP is OPEN and we are dispatching orders as normal.

How will you know that your order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email.
The shipping fee is visible in your shopping bag/cart when you add an address. Of course, you do not have to proceed and buy – but in any case, you will know the shipping costs to the particular address you have given. We sometimes offer FREE SHIPPING on larger orders – so adding more items to your cart could remove any Shipping Fees completely.
How long will it take?
We try our hardest to get your gift to you as soon as possible – within the limits of reasonable shipping costs. Delivery times vary enormously depending on location. For example:
–UK: 2 to 4 Days (we now have a base in the UK too and offer a “Guaranteed 2 work-days max” Option)
–Europe (Continental) – Spain, France, Germany, etc: 2 to 3 weeks
–Rest of the world: 1 to 2 weeks

The EU may charge VAT on delivery (c. 23% – depending on which Country within the European Union you are sending your order). [This does NOT apply to non-EU countries like UK, USA, Australia, etc]
As an online shop, WE do not charge VAT, so NO VAT is added to any items in our store – they are all VAT-free. However, some EU countries are charging EU-VAT when orders are delivered. So, if you are sending to an EU address, the local Post Office in that European Union country MAY charge the Recipient EU-VAT (average 23%) on your order when your item is delivered.
Shipping to 3rd parties? Yes
If you want us to ship direct to a friend, we need their address. Our Merchant asks you if you want to ship to a different address at Checkout but if you missed this, you can still let us know via our Contact page. (Give your name and brief order details.)

Please be aware that our lucky gifts are not toys and so not suitable for young children – nor for consumption.
